1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Preordered items require two weeks.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes:
- Major cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying / rural areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel size.
- Free shipping may apply to promotional offers or minimum order amounts (where applicable).
4. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Blanc & Noir is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Lost or Stolen Parcels
We are not liable for parcels lost or stolen after the courier marks them as “delivered”. For issues, please contact the courier directly or notify us for assistance.
7. International Shipping
International delivery is currently not available unless arranged directly via email.
