Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Blanc & Noir, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns will only be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Used or damaged items

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, you may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size, colour, or product (subject to stock availability).
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing angela@blancandnoir.co.za.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
